Order Disputes

An order dispute brings LoLBoost support into the case to help resolve a serious issue with your order that you and your booster couldn’t sort out directly.

When should I open a dispute?

Open a dispute if your order has a serious issue, such as:
  • The result doesn’t match what was purchased (wrong rank, wrong number of wins, wrong service)
  • Your booster is not resolving the issue through normal communication
  • You believe your account was used outside the agreed terms
If your issue is minor or can be solved quickly, message your booster in the order chat first.

What happens when I open a dispute?

1

Your case is created

Explain the issue and attach supporting evidence (screenshots, match history, order chat messages).
2

The order is locked for review

This prevents changes while support reviews the case.
3

Your booster is notified

They get a chance to respond with their side of the case.
4

Support reviews and decides

Outcomes can include a refund to store credit, the remaining service being completed, or another agreed resolution.

What should I include?

  • A clear explanation of the problem
  • Screenshots or match history showing the issue
  • Relevant order chat messages
More precise evidence means a faster resolution. Vague descriptions or missing proof are the most common cause of delays.
