# Contacting Your Booster or Coach

Every order on LoLBoost includes a direct order chat with your assigned booster or coach.

    Go to **My Orders** in your dashboard, open the order in question, and you'll land on the page with your order chat.

  <Step title="Use it for everything order-related">
    Scheduling, progress updates, account access for Solo boosts, preferred champions or roles, anything about your order belongs in the order chat.

## Booster availability

Boosters occasionally step away (breaks, other orders, time zones). If your booster isn't responding right away, give it a short window before assuming something is wrong, queue times and availability vary by rank and server.
