# Tracking Your Boost

## When does my order start?

Most orders start within 15–30 minutes after payment, depending on booster availability for your game, server, and rank. You'll see live status updates in your dashboard.

## What affects how long it takes?

    Higher ranks and certain servers have fewer available boosters at a given time, which can affect how quickly games start.

  <Accordion title="The service you ordered">
    A Win Boost or Placement order finishes once the agreed result is reached. A Duo Pass or Pro Games order runs for the time or number of games you booked. Coaching is scheduled individually with your coach.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Losses during the boost">
    For Win Boosts, a lost game doesn't end your order, your booster keeps playing until the purchased number of wins is reached.

## Where to follow your order

    Log in, click your profile icon, and go to **My Orders** in your dashboard.

  <Step title="Select your order">
    Your most recent order appears at the top, along with its current status and updates from your booster.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use the order chat">
    Communicate with your booster directly from the order page about progress, scheduling, or any questions.
  </Step>

  If your order is taking longer than expected, check the order chat for an update first. If there's no response, [open a support ticket](/help/order-problem).
